Not sure on the details but there was a Haz-Mat situation in Des Plaines, Iowa On Thursday that left two dead and five hospitalized. "...investigators found a car in the garage with its ignition on with a dead battery. In addition, an empty crock pot had burned away an unknown substance in the kitchen." This according to ABC-7. Four of those hospitalized were Cook County police officers who overcome by fumes at the scene. Carbon monoxide is said to be the cause of the deaths. The original story from ABC-7.
