A rather gruesome murder from Australia. A woman disguised herself as a man and beat her half-sister to death with a chicken shaped crock pot. Crockpot seemed to be empty at the time of the murder. The whole story here.

The side of the road

You can't be too careful these days. You stop by the side of the highway, take your pressure cooker with you, marvel at the scenery around you and take off. After about a half an hour you get home, hungry and oh crap! There went your chicken stew lunch. You dare not claim it, or demand restitution because you do not want to be known as the idiot who left their pressure cooker on the side of the road. Take out chicken is not the same.

Fox news anchor, or whatever the Hell he does Tucker Carlson was spouting off about being on the wrong side of history the way he always does by mentioning that the Boston Marathon bombers used a crock pot to kill people in some foaming at the mouth anti-gun control rant. Dude needs to know the difference between a pressure cooker and a Crock Pot. Here's the link to the wrongness

Burning a toddler in Virginia

The attack of the Crock Pot continues in Virginia as a 15 month old was burned when the child's leg caught on the cord and the fiery liquid caused serious burns. The injuries are not life threatening. Full story at WSET.

Arizona Man

Was there food inside the Crock Pot when it was broken? Robert Dumont pushed a woman carrying a Crock Pot, resulting in a broken Crock Pot and an injury to the woman. According to the Havasu News, Dumont has been charged with disorderly conduct.
