Incidents are heating up as we get into summer

A sad story out of Kentucky as a 10 month old boy sustained severe burns over 20 percent of his body after pulling a Crock Pot filled with hot water on him. The water was for warming bottles for the day care center he was enrolled in. More from WLWT-5.
